5) Did you ever win any Ore Gangue awards?
Yep - the Presidents award.
6) What is your favorite “PG rated” memory of the Ore Gangue (award, field trip, conference, lounge, party, etc)?
Hiding beer in the lockers for pub nights, or the Wall of Shame, taking a road trip to the University of Regina to steal one of there trophies.
7) If you could be a rock, what kind would you be and why?
Gold Bearing Ultramafic. Because that’s what pays the bills.
8) What type of beer did you drink during your good old days?
GREAT WEST LIFE... we miss it terribly out here in Ontario!!
9) If you could sum up your university career with one bar, which one would it be?
The Pat.

Edmonton and Regina - both equally good!
11) What was the best Ore Gangue event ever?
Las Vegas/Grand Canyon Trip, Coffee Day, Flin Flon Field Trip (that’s where I met my husband!) There are so many.
12) Which member of the boat race team are you?
Usually at the back - I have a good stomach.
13) Do you have any advice for the young geoscientists out there?
Have fun. This has got to be the best profession out there. Right now there are plenty of opportunities so take a chance and do something or go someplace different, you can always come home to retire!

In a heart beat
15) What is your current job description, aka who do you work for (and does it keep beer on the table)?
Underground Exploration Geologist for Goldcorp Inc – Red Lake Goldmines. There is defiantly beer in the fridge!
16) Who would you love to see attend the 75th Reunion, and why?
Albert Abeleira – to see what color of pants he is wearing!
